WHY WE HOLD IT.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, run your move if it goes ahead. Quote correspondence kept for two years. Move records kept seven years for accounting and insurance purposes.

WHO SEES IT.

Our coordinator. The driver running your move. Carriers, customs agents, and insurers when needed for your move. Nobody else. We do not sell or share data for marketing.

COOKIES.

One first-party cookie remembers you closed the cookie banner. One anonymised analytics cookie tracks page views — only if you accept on the banner. Reject and nothing tracks.

YOUR RIGHTS.

UK GDPR. You can ask what we hold, ask us to fix it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop processing it. Email info@gm-movers.com. We respond promptly.
